This is based from an old sketch I made. I wanted to show the desperation I felt in having a better lifestyle (or looking at the brighter side of life), but not motivated enough to actually do it.

I put details like barbed wires and broken glass to match what in the hell is going on: pandemic, quarantine and militarized lockdown response. This is what happens to some people who try to go outside to look for food. They get arrested or killed.

Planning to turn this to a traditional painting in the future.
